1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (UAE)
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — AED 25.00
Free Shipping: 3–5 business days — Free (qualifying orders)
3. International Shipping
We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and United States.
International Standard: 7–14 business days — AED 70.00
International delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. 5. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or any other events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@shimmerbellebeauty.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
